It’s no secret that I love food and everything about it, whether it’s going out to eat, trying new things, or making a fun meal at home. My fiance Tim and I really enjoy cooking together. He is the better cook and wants to own his own food truck someday, and I am the better baker, but that makes for a great team.

Whenever we can, we like to “healthify” the ingredients from the original recipes we find inspiration from. It’s a fun challenge, and our healthified versions are often just as tasty as the not so good for you ones.
